General information:

• The above prices refer to a minimum stay of 7 days
• The price includes electricity, gas, hot water, heating, crockery, bed linen and final cleaning
• Prices will attract a tourist tax of Euro 1,35 per person (aged 14 years and over) and day.
• Further costs will not be charged for
• An advanced payment of € 150,00 (for 2 persons) and € 250,00 (for 4 persons) has to be made through bank transfer
• Your apartment will be available to you from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure you are required to leave the apartment before 10 a.m.
• Children, sharing a room with their parents, will pay a reduced price according to their age.
• We accept dogs at a price of Euro 5,00 per day (without food).
